i think might be broken. lately, people have been loging in to the zone by phone system, checking there voicemail, and then loging out. the messages to say that they loged in and out work, but for some reason, the list of people on the system is not updating. yesterday, it showed someone's name for 13 hours, and they only stayed for something like 10 mins

Actually try 21 hours! LOL. I'm assuming there is a glitch in the system somewhere. They certainly don't seem to be updating properly for some reason.

crazy-shawty: voicemail (connected 11 hours, 12 minutes).

Just because they don't talk, how do we know they haven't disconnected? I accept that most normal people wouldn't be on the phone for that long, but have any of them logged in and informed the Zone that they aren't on zone by phone? I haven't noticed them do that.
